Did you know, that by the simple act of recognizing each day something that you are thankful for, your health and day can be transformed in a positive way?
Whether you mentally make note of what you thankful for today or decide to start a daily “Gratitude Journal”, this simple daily exercise can be transformational.
On behalf of our Board of Directors and volunteers at Victoria Healthy People, I would like to express how thankful we are for each one of you. We look forward to having you join us at an event.
